Terms of Service.
Effective July 17, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the She So Social platform, website, and apps (together, the "Platform"), operated by She So Social ("She So Social", "we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. What the Platform is
She So Social connects brands and agencies ("Brands") with content creators and influencers ("Creators") for marketing campaigns, content creation, and related services. We facilitate discovery, matching, booking, content submission, and payment. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, we act as a platform and casting agency, not as an employer of Creators and not as a party to the creative content itself.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misrepresent themselves, or put other users, Brands, or the Platform at risk.
3. Creator terms
Creators may connect social accounts (via our data partner) so that follower, engagement, and audience statistics can be verified and shown to Brands. You authorize us to access and display those statistics. Campaign deliverables, deadlines, usage rights, and compensation for a specific booking are stated in that campaign's brief or agreement. Unless a campaign states otherwise, you grant the booking Brand a license to use content you deliver for that campaign as described in the brief, and you grant us a license to display your profile, portfolio, and delivered content within the Platform for operating and promoting the service.
Sponsored content must comply with all applicable advertising and disclosure rules, including the FTC's endorsement guidelines (for example #ad or #sponsored where required). If content is captured at live events, you are responsible for obtaining any consents the campaign brief requires from people who appear in it.
4. Brand terms
Brands are responsible for the accuracy of their briefs, for lawful use of delivered content within the scope of the license they receive, and for payment of agreed fees. Booking confirmations, deposits, and payment terms are stated per campaign. Unless stated otherwise, deposits confirm a booking and are non-refundable once staffing or content work begins.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers (currently Stripe). We never store full card numbers or bank credentials. Platform fees and payout splits are disclosed at booking or in your agreement with us. Creators are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes; where required, our payment processor issues applicable tax forms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Platform to break the law, infringe intellectual property, harass anyone, misrepresent metrics or identity, buy fake engagement, scrape the Platform, or attempt to circumvent it to avoid fees on introductions made through it. We may remove content or restrict accounts that do.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, its design, and its software are ours or our licensors'. Content you create remains yours, subject to the licenses described in Section 3 and in campaign briefs. Feedback you send us can be used by us without obligation.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Statistics sourced from social platforms are provided by third parties and may be incomplete or delayed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, She So Social is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars or the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time. Sections that by their nature survive (licenses already granted, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will give notice on the Platform or by email. Continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect means you accept them.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions, notices, and disputes: reach us through the contact page.
